Shipping Policy
The trust and satisfaction of our customers are very important to us.
For this reason, we always try to ship orders within 24 hours after they are placed.
Delivery times generally vary between 7 to 15 days depending on the destination.
Delays of 3 to 7 additional days may occur during holidays.
If, after receiving your delivery confirmation, you wish to modify or cancel your order, please consult our Returns and Exchanges section.

If the Customer Places an Order with an Incomplete Address
If the address provided is incomplete, we will contact the customer by email to request the correct information so we can proceed with delivery.
If the customer does not respond, they will be responsible for any resulting delivery delays.
If the Customer Is Not Available During Delivery
If the customer does not receive the package due to:
- Absence during delivery
- Incorrect delivery address
- Incorrect contact information
It is the customer’s responsibility to contact us regarding the delivery.
After the first failed delivery attempt, the customer will be notified and given the opportunity to collect the order from the warehouse within 7 working days.
If the package is not collected within this period, we are not responsible if the warehouse or courier disposes of the order.
In such cases, the customer may request a 70% refund.
If the Customer Rejects the Order During Delivery
If the customer refuses the order at the time of delivery, they will not be entitled to a refund.
